Prices

Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST, which is added at checkout and shown as a separate line before you pay.

We try hard to keep prices and stock accurate. If something is listed at the wrong price we will contact you before dispatching, and you can confirm the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We will never charge you more than the amount shown on the payment screen.

When the sale is made

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The sale is made when we email to confirm dispatch.

We may decline an order — if stock has run out, if we cannot deliver to the address, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline after you have paid, you get all of it back.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for anything done through your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

We may suspend an account that is being used fraudulently.

Photographs and description

Handmade pieces vary. Stones differ slightly in colour and figure, and screens show colour differently. Small variation is the nature of the thing, not a fault.

Weights and measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.

Our content

The photographs, text and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for commercial use.

Where disputes are heard

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts of Navi Mumbai have jurisdiction.

If something has gone wrong, write to us first. Most things are quicker to fix than to argue about.
