What we collect

• —Your name, email address and phone number, so we can take an order and tell you about it
• —Your delivery address, so the parcel arrives
• —A record of what you have ordered

We do not collect anything we do not need to sell you something and deliver it.

Your card details

We never see them. Payments are handled by Razorpay, who take the card details directly in their own payment window. Nothing about your card reaches our servers or our database.

For cash on delivery we hold no payment details at all.

Your password

Stored one-way encrypted. We cannot read it, and neither can anyone who gets hold of the database. If you forget it we can only help you set a new one.

Who else sees your details

• —The courier, who needs your name, address and phone number to deliver
• —Razorpay, to take the payment
• —Our email provider, to send order confirmations

That is the whole list. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Everything else we delete when you ask.

Asking us to delete it

Email houseofsaash@gmail.com and we will remove your account and personal details within 30 days, apart from order records we are obliged to keep.

You can also ask for a copy of what we hold about you.

Cookies

We use only what the site needs to work — keeping you signed in and remembering your bag. No advertising trackers.
