When we send it

Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 2 to 3 working days. Pieces being engraved or made to order take longer, and we say so on the product page before you buy.

You get an email when the order is placed, and another when it leaves us.

How long it takes

• —Metros: 2 to 4 working days after dispatch
• —Elsewhere in India: 4 to 8 working days

These are the courier's estimates, not promises. Festivals, weather and strikes all move them.

What it costs

Delivery is free on orders over ₹2,500. Below that it is ₹149.

Cash on delivery carries a ₹99 handling charge, which covers the cost of collecting and remitting the money. It is not refundable if the order is returned.

Where we deliver

Anywhere in India that our courier partners reach. We do not ship outside India at present.

If your PIN code is not serviceable we will contact you and refund in full.

If it does not arrive

Tell us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will trace it with the courier. If it is lost we replace it or refund it — your choice.

Please check the parcel before accepting it. If it arrives visibly damaged or opened, refuse the delivery and tell us the same day; that makes the claim far easier.
