Returns and refunds

Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will confirm the return address. The piece has to come back unworn, in its box, with everything it arrived with.

If you have simply changed your mind, the return postage is yours to cover.

Once it reaches us and we have checked it, the refund goes back to the way you paid within 5 to 7 working days.

What we cannot take back:

• —Anything engraved or made to order. It was made for you and cannot be sold to anyone else.
• —Earrings and nose pins, which cannot be returned once worn for reasons of hygiene.
• —A piece that has been worn, resized or altered.

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, that is our mistake and none of the above applies. Send us a photograph within 7 days and we will replace it or refund it in full, and we cover the postage both ways.
