Free plating and re-stringing

Plating is a surface, not a solid, and daily wear takes it off — sooner on a ring than on a pendant, and sooner still on skin that runs acidic. Strung pieces loosen the same way.

We will re-plate or re-string any piece bought from us free of charge, twice, within two years of the order.

How it works:

• —Send us the piece with your order number.
• —We clean, re-plate or re-string it and polish it, which takes about 10 working days.
• —We pay the postage back to you. You cover sending it in.

What is not covered: pieces with stones that cannot be heated, anything altered by another jeweller, and damage rather than ordinary wear.
